  17. This file contains information regarding the posting of the Name 
  18. That State For Windows package, version 4.5w, on Bulletin Board Systems.

  33. As the exclusive copyright holder for Name That State for Windows (NTS), Fast
  34. Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. (FACTs) authorizes on-line distribution only 
  35. in accordance with the following restrictions.  Disk Vendors and Distributors
  36. should refer to the VENDOR.TXT text file for complete license
  37. information.

  39. The NTS package is defined as containing all the
  40. material listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files
  41. listed in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  42. itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  43. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  44. complete package suitable for distribution.

  46.     o  The NTS package - including all related program
  47.        files and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any
  48.        way (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  49.        and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  50.        exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  51.        all files that are part of the NTS package.

  53.     o  Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  54.        (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  55.        describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  56.        downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  57.        small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  58.        number into the compressed file, which will display when
  59.        the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  60.        mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  61.        provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  62.        unmodified and complete.

  64.     o  Fast Accurate Computer Technologies, Inc. prohibits the
  65.        distribution of outdated versions of the NTS package, without
  66.        written permission from FACTs.  If the version you
  67.        have obtained is over twelve (12) months old, please
  68.        contact us to ensure that you have the most current
  69.        version.

  71.     o  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  72.        decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  73.        transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  74.        agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  75.        immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  77.     o  U.S. Government Information:  Use, duplication, or
  78.        disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer software
  79.        and documentation in this package shall be subject to the
  80.        restricted rights applicable to commercial computer
  81.        software as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the
  82.        Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at
  83.        252.227-7013 (DFARS 52.227-7013).  The
